With rapid change in how information is shared and opinions are formed, the stakes for communications leaders have never been higher. First Person is experienced in helping navigate change and maximize team potential. Our founding partner, Will Ludlam, has built and lead campaigns for some of the most respected brands the world. He’s worked with the top four global networks (Edelman, Omnicom, WPP and IPG), and helped craft, facilitate and implement multi-year campaigns to improve leadership, account team, and financial performance for more than 20 P&Ls over the course of his career.
Having worked on programs for companies like Samsung and Amazon, our team and partners are experienced in helping clients balance the current landscape with the broader communications needs of an organization. First Person works closely with the corporate comms team to develop the strategy for the corporate brand and the executive team.
Whether prepping for a speech to business leaders or a media tour for a product launch, First Person has a well-honed methodology and materials to help ensure executives are prepared (and confident) in speaking on behalf of the corporation -- having coached, trained and developed messaging for executives at every level.
Our team members and partners have worked in active unified command response teams for multiple clients over the years (including managing the COVID-19 response for UW Medicine). We are also deeply experienced in working with communications teams to assess risk, manage response, and prep spokespeople.

First Person works with clients to understand what's important and how to establish clear and predictable ways to engage. Coming out of the global pandemic, healthcare organizations face massive change in organizational structure and the delivery of care. We've worked with a number of clients in the healthcare provider space to architect and execute programs to build advocacy and support.
