Will Ludlam began his career managing the campaign to celebrate Washington State University’s Centennial in 1990. Since then, he’s worked non-stop to better understand how corporate reputations are formed and influenced. Along the way he's developed the skills and experience to help executives find and share their story. With an avalanche of information and competing messages, he believes that the most compelling stories are the ones told in first person and he works with executives to help them find their genuine voice.
Will is experienced in building and leading top-performing communications teams for some of the largest PR firms in the world and is frequently tapped to provide c-suite counseling and coaching around corporate narrative, executive positioning, crisis preparedness and response.
He has a passion for working with disruptors and frequently supports clients facing crisis, change, and the existential challenge of articulating their role in society. In 2020, he served as the Public Information Officer for the UW Medicine COVID-19 Unified Command, guiding executives through unprecedented communications to employees, patients, and the broader community.
He's counseled numerous Fortune 500 companies (including; Microsoft, Starbucks, Amazon, HP, Samsung, Kaiser Permanente, UW Medicine, Fred Hutch, Columbia Sportswear, Robinhood, LinkedIn, Royal Caribbean, etc.) and managed P&Ls up to $47 mil in annual revenue and 250 employees.
